1. How do I report a bust?
   Submit the email to the Report A Bust form, assuming the lad is already in the database, otherwise use Report A Phone-Lad form to submit a new report with the status of busted (reporting of "fresh" email addresses and updating a Phone-Lad's activity can also be reported through this page as well).
2. I have an idea for the site... can you add it?
   Post it in the Phone-Lads forum at 419eater.com so that other people can give their feedback, too. If it's a good idea then I'll add the feature. Alternatively, you can send me (golmauk) a Private Message via 419eater.com, although as life is very busy these days I may be slow in replying.

4. How can I edit a Phone-lad's details?
   You will need an account and to be logged in. Just search for a Phone-Lad and then click edit when viewing the lad's details.
5. I'm logged in but don't see the edit button when viewing a scammer's details. Why?
   If you only have a few post on 419eater then you'll have to wait for a while, I'll change your user-access level. This is in place to stop the DB being abused and spammed by phone lads lurking on 419eater who are after revenge. In the meantime, you can still report Phone-Lads, busts, update their activity and view the Phone-Lad blacklists.

7. How can I change my password?
   Once logged in, click on "My Account" which is located in the left hand-side navigation menu.
8. How can I get a Phone-Lads's account closed?
   Step one, prove that the Phone-Lad is scamming. Once this proof has been obtained, send an abuse report to the relevant mail-provider, e.g. for a lad using a yahoo.com email address the report would be sent to abuse@yahoo.com. To look-up an abuse email address use abuse.net's lookup form.
9. How can I check what other email/names accounts a 419er has used...? Use the search and when viewing a lad's details you'll see if any other email addresses have been submitted using the same telephone number.
10. I've read about xyz feature but can't find it/there is a message "access denied".
    Let me know and I'll either give you access now or there will be access after the next site update.
11. Where can I see the overall number of Phone-Lad addresses?
    There's a basic overview of open/closed address on the phone-lad statistics page.
